SALT LAKE CITY COUNCIL DISTRICT 3 Total Number of Precincts 22 Precincts Reporting 22 100.0 % Times Counted 2239/13119 17.1 % Total Votes 2231 STAN PENFOLD 1711 76.69% SHERMAN W. CLOW 497 22.28% Write-in Votes 23 1.03% ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Well, we lost.  But hopefully we raised some significant issues, and hopefully our elected officials will seriously consider these issues. And it was quite the experience, frustrating at times, but I did meet many interesting people and learned there's much more going on in this city than I realized.  In general, my political consciousness was raised considerably! Thanks to all who voted for me and those who helped with the campaign. I may continue this blog as a means to continue awareness of issues affecting District 3.  Stay tuned!
